Individual Orders

  • If you live inside the USA, you may phone us at (800) 351-1161 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
  • If you live outside of the USA, you may phone us at (516) 422-4050 during normal business hours.
  • You may fax your order to (516) 422-4097 at any time.
  • You may mail orders to Roberts and Company Publishers, Customer Service, 4950 South Yosemite Street, F2 #197, Greenwood Village, Colorado, 80111, USA.
  • Orders should include the title and author of the book, the ISBN number, your street shipping address (no post office boxes, please), and your preferred method of shipping (described below).


For orders within the continental United States (not including Hawaii or Alaska), we ship UPS domestic ground. You will be billed $8.00 for the first book; for each additional book, you will be charged $2.00. For orders of five books or more, please contact us for shipping costs. We can also ship via UPS Overnight Delivery and UPS Second Day Air. For shipping costs, please contact us.

Returns Policy
  • Returns will be accepted for one year (365 days) from the original invoice date.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee. (For orders for the reference or trade shelves of fewer than 10 copies, this restocking fee does not apply.)
  • Claims for damage or shortage must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • All items must be received in saleable condition. Damaged merchandise will be returned as unacceptable.
  • Returns must include a copy of the invoice or original invoice information.
  • Roberts and Company is not responsible to provide proof of delivery after six months.
